You ask when you will see results? I say you first you must build consistency.
It’s funny how we think the results should magically appear after 3-5 days of eating good or training; that would be like saying years of hard training and eating well could be undone by 3-5 days of going off-plan, sounds ridiculous, right?
Just as 3-5 days or even a week couldn’t undo all your hard work, 3-5 days of hard work won’t be enough to reap the rest you want. It will be a start, but you first must focus on building the habits consistently that will help you maintain a lifestyle that will keep you there.
There are no quick fixes here; this is not a get rich quick scheme; you must be willing to do the work, put in the time and enjoy what you are doing.
That’s why I teach a flexible eating approach in the FCB, nobody is meant to diet for their entire life, and it’s just the dieting mindset that got you in this mess in the first place.
We have to undo the diet mentally and teach you that food is food, and it’s not good or bad. It’s fuel, it’s energy, and you can eat anything you like within the 80/20 rule – 80% whole food 20% soul food.
Dieting is not the answer, and going to the extremes will not speed up your results.
Build consistency, and your results will be right behind you and soon right with you.

I love that! 80% whole food and 20% soul food ❤️
I’m learing this as we go you feel like ypu should see results right away but in all reality the more you work hard the more you will see if you put 100% into something you will see 100% eventually that goes with 50 or 10 % as well
I used to deny myself so many things for the holy grail of. Losing weight…NO MORE! The saying “anything worth having you must work for” well I’m working because I AM WORTH IT!
So true. This year I’m really trying to focus on my journey as healthy eating and exercise in order to heal. I feel sick all the time and my body is in constant pain, so I’m trying to make it more about that and let the fat loss and muscle gain be a win when it happens in it’s time.
I love this! I grew up in the time of you have to starve yourself to get results. Your recipes and meal plan are so far from that mindset.
