You have to train your mind every day to focus on what you have, on all your blessing.
I don’t care how bad you think certain things are right now; there is always good if you look for it.
The more you look for things to be thankful for, the more situations you start having that make you grateful.
You have complete control over your focus, so learn to train it on the good.

So true!! When all you focus on is the bad its hard to be positive and make the changes to move forward in your life.
