I use to resonate with the left side of this picture and I never knew I was focused on all the wrong things.
Itβs so important to understand that your results come from a lifestyle and behaviours you can create into healthy habits. If you canβt do it forever itβs not the right direction.
Trust me when I say, less is more!Β Start small!
What can you do today that you could implement tomorrow that would complement your life, health & goals?
π¦Drink more water?
π΄Go to bed at a decent time and try and get between 7-9 hrs of sleep.
πSet some step goals each day and try and move more.
πππ± Try and incorporate lean proteins sources or plant-based proteins sources with each meal.
πHave healthy snacks prepared and ready to go if your on the move.
β° create a routine that will create an atmosphere where it inspires you to make healthier choices.

Some days Iβm still like the left. One thing for sure I need to focus on is sleep!! And quality at that. Sooo crucial π
Simple advice and yet we expect it to be harder, to have to suffer to lose weight. The habits on the right make us consistent and have the mindset to take care of ourselves instead of punish ourselves.
This is so true small things lead to not realizing its something you never done before its just part of your everyday learning more and more since I’ve started this journey but more and more since I started this program
Iβm on the right track now thanks to hannah and this group. Forever grateful β€οΈ I used to be the left too π
