PAIN IS NOT YOUR ENEMY
Pain, in most cases, shows us where we are, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
PAIN & FAILURE seem to be two words we shy away from and think negatively about.
But what if you changed your perception of them?
Without pain, there would be no healing; without failure, there would be no victory.
Remember that to be successful; you must embrace failure because it’s your best teacher.
To live fully, we must learn to face our pain in order to heal. Because if we don’t face our pain, we actually create more pain.

Love this and I like the feeling of pain in a way because I feel if there’s no pain there’s no gain..
Thank you as always for your insightful messages
In the July heat wave my husband and I considered buying a portable air conditioning for the boys’ room but we decided against it because “in the dream life they live, a bit of discomfort a few days/year will actually be good” we said to ourselves.
As a culture we have become so ingenious to avoid pain and discomfort, but both are important for character and identity building. Nothing like saying to yourself: I went through that! To feel empowered and strong. Pain is not our enemy.
