Booty bands
Dumbbells or bands
Ankle weight ( you can still do them without)
Bench or step ( but again I show you how to modify everything)

BLOCK #1 Superset:
A 1. Banded DB or BB squats 15 reps x 3 sets Tempo 2020
A 2. Banded standing abductions or firehydrants 15 reps E/S x 3 sets
Tempo 1110
BLOCK #2 giant set
B 1. Banded hip thrusters DB or BB 12 reps x 3 sets Tempo 2120
B 2. Cable kickbacks or Banded kickbacks15 reps E/L x 3 sets Tempo 1110
B 3. S/L Glute bridge 15 reps each leg x 3 sets Tempo 2120
BLOCK #3 Single set
C1. Hamstring curls or ball ham curls 12 reps x 3 sets Tempo 2020
