All you need is 5 minutes, one resistance band and you can do this workout.
Getting starting that’s the hardest part but once you do it creates momentum, and I bet you will be tempted to do one to two more rounds.
Do 1 round 40 secs on 10 seconds off ( in that 10 seconds you’re getting ready to move to the next exercise) I love the SMART WOD TIMER APP
Put it on Tabata option then set your work-time to 40 seconds and rest time is 10 seconds for 6 rounds
1.Squats
2.Press
3.Sumo RDL
4.Bent over row
5.Jump squats
6.Plank
