Being able to eat healthily and exercise is a luxury ner take that for granted.
Every day you must position your mind to take a stand of gratitude; this means you must practice being grateful in order to feel more grateful.
The easiest way to be grateful is to start with the food you get to eat and the body you get to move!!
You only get one, so treat it like it’s a luxury sports car!
