Discipline means being able to remain focused no matter what tries to throw you off. If it doesn’t mean you won’t get thrown off, we all do! But it means we refocused and didn’t lets that interfere with our focus and consistency.
The more you can learn to get right back up after you fall, the faster you will see results in your life, goals and mindset.
It’s when we get hung up on the fall that throws us deeper and further away.
I like to think of it like this:
Have you ever seen a scary movie and someone’s friend or family dies, and they lay there crying when they should be getting the F$@& out of there, so they don’t die too?
Well, my friend thought things that trip you up are like a sabotaging monster that wants to take you out, and the longer you stay down, the closer the MOTHER F%$## gets to you, lol.
GET UP. Don’t let your trips ups, mistakes, or perfectionist mentality keep you down.

I am thankful for my friends and family, my new husband and that the Universe allowed us to get married before covid restrictions came back.
Once I’m in a good routine I am able to stay consistent. But I’m easily knocked out of my routine and struggle to find it again.
You will find your groove again!! One step and one day at a time!!
I’m thankful for my friends, family, husband and fur babies!
I’ve learned to accept that not every day will be perfect, it is more about staying consistent and disciplined!
This is timely and definitely me today. Just working on being consistent. Setting the goal and working towards it.
This is me! I suck with the consistency and my routine can be thrown off so quickly. I can eat so good for a week and then boom something happens with work or kids etc and I junk binge for 2 days which makes me feel awful and then I get low feeling and will skip a workout. I’m working on it!
It’s so hard not to be perfect because when I’m not perfect (only in my mind) I think I’m a failure. When in fact when you fail you see where you can improve. At least this is the way I’m trying to look at things. Everything takes time and it’s a process. I have to remember it’s a process and to not be so hard on myself. Work in progress.
