Persist and persevere; you will find that most things are attainable and possible.
It’s not that you cannot reach your health and fitness goals. It’s that you give up too soon; your result takes time and patience.
Results take you learning to fall in love with the journey and the process.
Results take perseverance through life’s challenges; it’s not about doing things perfectly but finding the treasures and lessons in the trials.
Anything is possible if you believe and dont give up.

Yes I beleive I can achieve them one day i don’t give up ive been on this journey for the past 524 days and I won’t give up
I have been doing my goals daily and having the same goals every day to build habits and not overwhelm myself! It feels good making sure-no matter what happens in my day, that I am going to reach my goals. My life doesn’t allow for making actions “habits” easily, so I am being very mindful of them. I’m not giving up!
