SHE PERSISTENT
1. Name: Erin Malloy
Name:
1. Kathy Pearson
2. Age:
64
3. Health and Fitness goals:
My fitness goals are to eat smart and train smart. Be the best version of myself
Spiritually, Mentally and Physically.
4. Why you decided to register for Hannah’s program:
I decided to register for Hannah’s program because of Covid. I no longer wanted to train at my gym.
I was aware of Hannah’s success rate from family and friends.so I signed up and have never considered training with any other coach. Hannah provides me with everything I need above and beyond .
5.How has the experience been for you?
The experience for me is one word STELLAR
6. What does persistent (“She is persistent”)mean to you?
Persistent to me is, never giving up, starting over and over again, having to constantly work on my mindset. I guess persistent is Just Do It.
7. What did you do to focus on during this challenge?
I challenged my mindset continually through the challenge.
I refused to listen to the negative mind chatter.
8.What did you learn about yourself this past month?
Something clicked this past month. I learnt to accept my limitations, to adapt, to modify and be okay with moving forward no matter how it looked or mentally effected me. My mindset is my number one barrier prolonging my goals.
9. What challenges did you face this past month regarding your persistence?
Battling my mindset.
10. Any words of advice you would give to others considering a “persistent“ program approach?
This is my advice to myself.
1. Get on with it and just do it.
2. More isn’t always better
3. Be okay with limitations
11. What does it mean to you to earn the recognition of the “ She is Persistent award spotlight?
The recognition says to me, You can do it, You will do it, and You can be everything you want to be if you Just Do It.
12. What has it been like working with Hannah and the Fit club community ?
Oh my gosh where to begin. Hannah and the FBC community are like family , sisterhood, and a great support team. Doesn’t matter whether it’s struggles or victories we hold each other up. Hannah always has our backs and always has a cheer for us , pep talk and lots of solutions.
Joining FBC family was the best investment I made for myself.
2. Age: 26
3. Health and Fitness Goals: Fat loss + Tone
4. Why you decided to register for Hannah’s program: I wanted to prove to myself that I can lose the extra pounds and I wanted to show myself that I could commit and push myself to stay consistent even when “I feel” like I’m too tired to push forward. I also wanted to see the results and felt like I couldn’t do that without a coach anymore!
5. How has the experience been for you? Amazing! Hannah is sooo caring and wants to help with anything and everything. She’s a friend to chat with, a coach to help you keep pushing forward, someone to tell you “these things are normal, keep going”, ect.
6. What does persistent (“She is persistent”) mean to you? To me this means pushing though or jumping right over that obstacle, not stopping right in front of it, if that makes sense hah. Even when you have those thoughts of doubt or exhaustion or just wanting to quit, you get back up and keep pushing forward. Trusting the process and not what you see right away.
7. What did you do to focus on during this challenge? I eliminated all my excuses. If I was going to be away and didn’t have all my weights I would modify my workouts or do body workout days those days. I would bring weights with me or bands. Food wise I would prep food before hand or choose specific places to eat when away from my home. I also always logged my food into MFP.
8. What did you learn about yourself this past month? I learned so much! That I can stay consistent. That I can eat clean and make better choices when traveling. That I can eat soul foods and not feel guilty about them or feel as though they will make me back track on my goals. That I can listen to my body and stop working out when injured or feeling physically strained and it will not delay my goals. It’s okay to listen to my body.
9. What challenges did you face this past month regarding your persistence”?
10. Any words of advice you would give to others considering a “persistent’ program approach? To push through when you feel like giving up because the workouts are tough. Also listen to your body if it needs rest because what could take a couple days or a couple weeks could turn into a couple months or more.
11. What does it mean to you to earn the recognition of the “She is Persistent” award spotlight? It means a lot for sure! To be noticed for all the hard work you put in week after week and times you wanted to just give in and not workout or over eat on thing you shouldn’t but don’t makes me feel so amazing!
12. What has it been like working with Hannah and the Fitclub community? It’s been so awesome!! I feel like I’m part of another fam 🙂
SHE IS DISCIPLINED
Name: Rebecca Salmon
2. Age: 27
3. Health and Fitness Goals:
Shedding Fat – especially around my abdomen / hips & thighs.
Increase Endurance – after having my girls and taking a break from working out, my endurance had drastically decreased.
Build confidence – my body has changed so much since having children, but so has my confidence.
4. Why you decided to register for Hannah’s program:
I grew up watching people around me feel self conscious … I didn’t want my girls to grow up feeling this way. (Monkey see, monkey do)
I wanted to not only start a program to create healthy habits now, but rather to build a healthy lifestyle.
Hannah’s program has me constantly learning.
5. How has the experience been for you?
It’s been amazing! I’ve tried other plans in the past, however … this one like allows you to have waffles for breakfast & ice cream!! & still lose weight! This doesn’t feel like a diet, just a new look on the foods you eat & how to slightly adjust them to fit into your Macros. You don’t need to give up things you love.
6. What does disciplined (“She is Disciplined”) mean to you?
It means “she can take control,” I stopped letting my emotions intervene with my goals. I allowed myself to take time and do something for me. After having children, your everyday now revolves around them, and although I wouldn’t change being a mother for anything, I felt like that was my new title. I was no longer Becca … I became “Isla and Madi’s mom” i was no longer doing things for myself, or making time for myself. This program has allowed me to regain focus on who I am and who I want to be, not only for my girls, but also for me.
7. What did you do to focus on during this challenge?
Hannah’s Facebook group keeps you accountable. There’s weekly challenges and mindset coaching every Friday. Everyone is rooting for each other and the group is very positive. I focused a lot on my meal preparations and my focus during a workout.
8. What did you learn about yourself this past month?
That I can be disciplined. That my nutrition will enhance my results & that I can beat temptation.
9. What challenges did you face this past month when it came to your Discpline”?
I faced a-lot of “I cant’s” without giving things a try. I had to step out of my comfort zone and I had to put a lot of trust into myself and into what I could accomplish.
10. Any words of advice you would give to others considering a “Discplined’ program approach?
Definitely try it!! The workouts are dedicated “me time” & your meals are great for the whole family! You’ll learn a new way of looking at foods & you’ll notice an increase in your strength just in a few weeks.
11. What does it mean to you to earn the recognition of the “She is Disciplined” award spotlight?
I feel proud! I was surprised! You become part of a Fit Club group that Hannah has on Facebook, and I’ve seen other results! It’s amazing to see the work people are putting in and the results that everyone is getting. There are so many deserving people of this award & I feel so lucky to have been chosen.
12. What has it been like working with Hannah and the Fitclub community
It’s been great to work with Hannah & the fit club community. It’s a very positive environment. If I have any questions I can reach out to Hannah or an ambassador and my question is answered fast. Im grateful to be apart of the FCB community.
Name: Katrina Faller
2. Age: 36
3. Health and Fitness Goals: Health – looking to get consistent with my fitness routine to help improve my mental health
4. Why you decided to register for Hannah’s program: I saw a post where someone was struggling with their mental health and fitness goals… there were a few members mentioning this program and the wide range of material and resources available. It sounded like the help I needed to make the change I was looking for/needed
5. How has the experience been for you? Amazing, Hannah encourages weekly check-ins and is very responsive to your questions and giving feedback on your check-in. It is a very realistic program and able to be flexible for your lifestyle
6. What does disciplined (“She is Disciplined”) mean to you? I have always thought working out required motivation… I was wrong. To drive change you need to be disciplined and make a commitment to yourself and your health… You will never find the motivation but you can make the commitment to yourself.
7. What did you do to focus on during this challenge? I was just starting the program, so for me I picked one area I wanted to be disciplined on and made a plan each week on how I would achieve that.
8. What did you learn about yourself this past month? That I am stronger than I thought I was… my mind kept telling me ‘no you can’t do that, it’s too heavy’ and when I pushed through telling myself ‘yes I can’, it was amazing what I was able to accomplish.
9. What challenges did you face this past month when it came to your Discipline”? I am recovering from a sever ankle injury, so my biggest challenge was trusting my ankle again. I had the “OK” from my doctor to start working out and pushing myself but I still had to challenge my mind to trust my ankle… it sounds weird but it was a big challenge.
10. Any words of advice you would give to others considering a “Disciplined’ program approach? Just do it and make the commitment to yourself!
11. What does it mean to you to earn the recognition of the “She is Disciplined” award spotlight? It means a lot, I didn’t think I would ever be one to get in the spotlight for something like this!
12. What has it been like working with Hannah and the Fitclub community – amazing, it is great to have so many resources and knowledge available to you
Name: Janelle Dewarle
2. Age: 44
3. Health and Fitness Goals:
To build muscle, become leaner, and maintain healthy activities like running/hiking/biking.
4. Why you decided to register for Hannah’s program:
I was looking for an all inclusive program that explained body recomposition in mindset, nutrition and exercise. This was the 1st program that put all of the pieces together to give specific guidance in all 3 areas.
5. How has the experience been for you?
So good! I appreciate how Hannah shares so honestly about her experiences in learning the best ways to body recomp. She shares her mistakes and triumphs. Most importantly, she gives accurate, research-based fitness advice. She makes it a safe place to ask questions, share doubts/difficulties, and learn how to grow in each area.
6. What does disciplined (“She is Disciplined”) mean to you?
It means consistently doing the things you said you were going to do to get you closer to your goals. It means doing the small habits even when you don’t feel like it.
7. What did you do to focus on during this challenge?
I focused on tracking my macros/calories in MFP, exercising 5-6 times per week with progressive overload, and doing the weekly challenges in the Fit Club Babes.
8. What did you learn about yourself this past month?
I learned that I really am disciplined! I have built these little habits into my everyday life and it comes pretty naturally now. I love the freedom that comes with being disciplined. I feel better mentally and physically when I am disciplined.
9. What challenges did you face this past month when it came to your Discpline”?
The challenge I faced was getting to bed early so I could get enough sleep to workout in the morning before work.
10. Any words of advice you would give to others considering a “Discplined’ program approach?
Set small goals so you can achieve them and build “wins”. Once you become consistent in those, add more. When we feel successful, we can keep building from there. I love this quote, “it’s a slow process, but quitting won’t speed it up.”
11. What does it mean to you to earn the recognition of the “She is Disciplined” award spotlight?
It is so encouraging and it motivates me to keep going. When I start doubting my progress, I can remember to focus on my wins with the daily disciplines I’m doing.
12. What has it been like working with Hannah and the Fitclub community?
It’s been an amazing experience. I have gained new friendships, support, encouragement and great tips from like-minded women. Hannah is an amazing coach and friend. I truly appreciate her wisdom, her faith and her heart for women to find freedom in their mental, spiritual, emotional and physical health.
Name: Amanda Scheel
Age: 38
Health and Fitness Goals:
At first, it was to lose the 20-30 lbs I gained in Covid. Though that ultimately would be amazing the goal has expanded to building muscle, feeling strong, having better mental health and modelling a balanced active lifestyle for my kids!
Why you decided to register for Hannah’s program:
I registered honestly out of desperation for some fitness accountability. Gyms had closed and the childcare was suspended and though I enjoyed working out and lifting weights I was sporadic.
How has the experience been for you?
Initially it was ok. I started and stopped on repeat and honestly that’s usually my pattern. Good starter, poor finisher! But in June I thought I should either cancel my subscription or go all in. So I decided to go in.
What does disciplined (“She is Disciplined”) mean to you?
I think for me it means finding a daily rhythm for the important things. In June/July I started working out in the same place in my home at roughly the same time each day and I really tried to block off this time for me. Once I worked out in the morning I really found that helped keep my nutrition (though not always perfect) and water intake in check.
What did you do to focus on during this challenge?
For me I just didn’t know if I could workout consistently. I focused on trusting the process of working out and tracking my food. I tried to increase my weights and push myself a little further – sometimes that meant just completing the workout and not finishing early.
What did you learn about yourself this past month?
I think for me I learned I was stronger then I thought. Incorporating fitness more consistently helped my mental health so much and I enjoyed doing something for me. Better this so much mental energy was put into thinking about working out or how I needed to change and instead I shifted my mindset to looking for positive changes aside from what the scale said.
What challenges did you face this past month when it came to your Discipline?
I think the biggest challenge was on the days I missed working out. I tried to not be hard on myself but just to accept that I was working or life was busy and to start the next day without guilt.
Any words of advice you would give to others considering a “Discplined’ program approach?
I would say try and pick a place and time that you can workout every day. I was sporadic with this before and often I would carry my weights around the house following where my kids were. Now I just stay in one place – the basement. Also engagement with the Fit Club Babes online community was huge. Posting pictures and seeing others really motivated me to keep going!
What does it mean to you to earn the recognition of the “She is Disciplined” award spotlight?
I was thrilled. I am still so early in this fitness journey but I’m excited to see how my body and my mind will change as I keep trusting Hannah’s knowledge and direction!
What has it been like working with Hannah and the Fitclub community?
It’s been great. Being a mostly stay at home mom I find the program is flexible and Hannah is an excellent resource. I can trust her knowledge and her support and quick responses are much appreciated! I haven’t met many of the ladies but each and everyone one of them inspires me when they post and share their thoughts and experiences!

My health & fitness goals coming into this program were to gain some muscle, I want to be strong and toned, I want to see abs, back muscles, build my legs & glutes. I also love that Hannah is always there for me, always encouraging me and pointing out all the positives, she’s got a way of helping you change your thinking around your body.

I was so worried the number on the scale wasn’t where I wanted it to be which led to me feeling very discouraged but despite that I kept going with my workouts and nutrition.
10. Any words of advice you would give to others considering a “dedicated” program approach? I would say keep going and you will achieve your goals. However, the process or journey may be longer and different than you think – and that’s ok because there are so many great lessons to learn along the way. 1. Name- Megan McDonald
2. Age- 37
3. Health and Fitness Goals- My health goal is to be able to have the energy to keep up with my kids. In terms of fitness, I want to get back to running 5 km races, increase the weights that I am using for my workouts, and continue to see definition and tone in my body.
4. Why you decided to register for Hannah’s program.– After recovering from a back injury, I needed to find a program that was holistic and provided information on nutrition as well as exercise. A friend of mine shared about Hannah’s program on social media and it has been a really good fit for me and my busy lifestyle.
5. How has the experience been for you?– My experience has been amazing and so encouraging. The workouts are challenging but reasonable. The recipes are simple and tasty with easy to find ingredients. I managed to get my “meat and potato” husband to eat tofu! He actually liked it and asked for it again. Never in 18 years together did I think that would ever happen. My whole family has been so supportive of mama getting stronger and taking care of her body. The kids have joined some of my workouts and enjoy helping me pick new recipes from Hannah’s page.
6. What does dedicated (“She is dedicated “) mean to you?– It means showing up, even when you want to. It is one exercise at a time, one workout at a time, one day at a time. The small moments of choosing to make your health a priority add up to big achievements.

I pushed myself to add a little more weight each time or to sneak in one more rep. I also listened to my body and rested when I needed to. I made sure to find a balance between completing my workouts and building in time to rest.
8. What did you learn about yourself this past month?– I learned how far I have come. That being dedicated and taking time for yourself is not just good for your body, it’s good for your soul.
9. What challenges did you face this past month while focusing on “being dedicated “– It was hard to not get distracted with all of the “life stuff”. We brought home a puppy at the end of April and he needed a lot of attention. I was also exhausted from the sleep deprivation that come along with a new puppy. I had to learn how to push through and incorporate him into my workouts. I had to make sure his needs were met without sacrificing my own.
10. Any words of advice you would give to others considering a “dedicated” program approach?– I thrive in structure and stability. Having a program that lays out a fitness plan for you in a simple and easy to follow way takes the guess work out of training. It helps you to stay on track and see the progress that you are making each week. It is also so important to use metrics other than the scale. Success comes in different forms- gaining strength, increasing weight, losing inches, etc. Celebrate your successes and remember how far you have come.

I have a saying “do It for the selfie” because if I workout and take my selfie the ladies will make you feel so good for getting it done… and that alone is worth it.
1. Name
Meaghan Loss
2. Age 35
3. Health and Fitness Goals
I just want to see where I can go. Sky is the limit!
4. Why did you decide to register for Hannah’s program.
I wanted to like myself again. I was struggling during my divorce and I needed somewhere to put my energy and hurt to be honest. Hannah’s program offered some place to put my focus and guidance on how to get where I wanted to go.
5. How has the experience been for you?
The experience of working out with Hannah has been truly life changing. I started out unsure if this was going to be a good fit for me. I didn’t feel like I could do anything let alone get in shape. Hannah’s coaching, encouragement, and sometimes even “tough” love really changed the game for me. At the beginning Hannah encouraged me to take my pictures and when I did I wanted to crawl in a hole and never come out. She told me to just start with the workouts and then add in parts of her program in when I had gotten one part consistent.
I really appreciated her reminding me that I wasn’t doing a quick fix and that this was a whole change of lifestyle. I started to feel more confident and more capable. I kept taking progress photos and week to week I didn’t see changes but I remember when Hannah showed me my photos a few months apart and I was blown away by my progress. Having someone there to cheer me on when it felt like I wasn’t going anywhere, was so awesome. Working on mindset has also been huge for me in this experience, I’m not the same person who signed up 2 years ago. I like myself and my life looks so different.
I’ve also learned so much about nutrition and training. Before Hannah, I didn’t know anything about Macros or really what balance meal planning looked like. Prior to starting with Hannah, I used to run and do so much cardio – I hated it and I wasn’t getting anywhere. I was worried that adding weight training would make me bulk up and just get heavier (it didn’t and I love weight training). I also learned I wasn’t eating nearly enough protein. I started following her meal plans which just made life SO MUCH SIMPLER. The food tastes good (I even make it when I have company) and I don’t have to think about what I am making for dinner.
Fast forward to now and I have been at this for almost 2 years and I am now able to encourage other women to just do one little thing at a time. I look forward to what the future brings!
6. What does consistency (“She is consistent”) mean to you?
Consistency to me means just showing up everyday. Show up for yourself and honour the time you are given by doing the hard things even when you don’t feel like it.
7. What did you do to focus on consistency during this challenge?
During the consistency challenge I focused on just getting 5 workouts in a week. I need those workouts for my own mental health. That meant I had to schedule them in and prioritize getting them done.
8. What did you learn about yourself this past month?
My mental health requires me to maintain my physical health. It sounds silly but just getting all 5 workouts in really made a huge difference for me in my mindset and emotional wellbeing.
9. What challenges did you face this past month while focusing on “consistency.”
Time management was probably the biggest challenge for me. I had to make sure I scheduled my workouts around my life and pushing through when I was tired after work and bedtime. They were “booked” so in my mind I had made a commitment to just do them. Sometimes after a heavy or mentally fatiguing day at work I didn’t feel like working out so I’d just start with the warm up and then eventually end up finishing.
10. Any words of advice you would give to others considering a “consistency’ program approach?
I would say just start. You don’t have to start big and change everything at once. Just pick one thing (I started with 3 workouts a week) and be consistent in that one thing. Once you are comfortable and consistent with one thing, add another change in: meal planning, more intense program, whatever.
11. What does it mean to you to earn the recognition of the “She is Consistent” award spotlight?
Honestly, when I got the email saying I was being recognized, I almost cried. It is nice to be seen and be able to hopefully encourage someone else with my story and the ups and downs of my own journey.
12. What has it been like working with Hannah and the Fitclub community?
I absolutely love working with Hannah and the Fitclub community. Hannah is the most beautiful soul, she cares so much about her people and really wants to help everyone succeed. The Fitclub community is really incredible, women build each other up and are always available to support one another be it with answering questions or anything. Hannah and the community all work really well together to help everyone towards a journey of success. It isn’t a competition but a community that wants everyone to succeed and grow.

My health and fitness goals are to create a consistent routine to get my body moving daily. To become stronger in my own body but also to show my 3 boys that a healthy, active lifestyle is important!
I registered for Hannah’s program because I was tired of feeling bad for myself and needed something to change. I had very low confidence and felt very inactive and unmotivated. My girlfriend (Fitclub Ambassador Julie) posted in her story about a new challenge that Hannah was starting so I inquired….best fitness decision of my life!
The experience has be honestly life changing. I feel more confident and in charge of my health and fitness. Working out doesn’t feel like a chore but is now something that I consciously choose for me.
Being “fit” to me means that I can keep up with a healthy active lifestyle. I can go hiking and biking with enjoyment instead of anxiety. I feel physically stronger that I ever have before and it feels amazing.
8.This challenge I have focused mainly on being consistent. Complete the workouts and be prepared. In the past I have given up on so many challenges or workout plans that I needed to complete something to prove to myself that I could do it. I could complete the task that I presented to myself. I did complete, and it feels so gratifying to know that I can do it.
The biggest challenge that I face monthly is being prepared. With a busy schedule (like all busy parents out there), I often struggle to find the balance and energy to fully prepare myself for the week. Often I tell myself “Just spend another half hour prepping and you’ll save yourself stress and anxiety through the week. It will be worth it!” and it always is 🙂
My advice to anyone who is thinking of joining the Fitclub is to absolutely do it! You can do all of the workouts from home with minimal equipment, the support from Hannah and the community is unmatched with any other program out there. The weekly mindset coaching is motivational and inspirational and truthfully what other programs are missing. Hannah coaches that with the right mindset, you can do anything you put your focus on 🙂
The most important thing I have learned through this journey is that it IS just that…..a journey. This is not an overnight thing, it’s a process, not perfection. I’ve learned that I can have a bad day, but then I dust myself off and move past it. One bad day doesn’t mean that you have to start over, It just means that you pick yourself up, and keep moving forward.
Working with Hannah and the Fitclub community is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. The mindset training provided by Hannah and her coaching style is unmatched. The support from all the women that are having the same daily, weekly struggles to stay motivated or to find the time to workout, is comforting. To know that you’re not alone and have a community to lean on is both empowering and motivating to say the least.
SHE IS STRONG
Name: Julie Rice

3. Health and Fitness Goals
My goal is to create lifelong health and fitness habits.
I find breaking it down into smaller daily habits and finding things you love to do for fitness really keeps you motivated.
4. Why you decided to register for Hannah’s program.
I joined Hannah’s program in June 2021 after seeing a friend posting about Hannah’s meal plans & nutrition coaching. I really felt that this program was the missing piece to my fitness journey and a way to gain a deeper understanding of nutrition specific to my goals.
5. How has the experience been for you?
I have loved my experience with Hannah’s program and the FCB. Hannah is extremely supportive, encouraging, and loving.
I love how real Hannah is in sharing her wins as well as her own personal struggles.
6. What does being strong (“She is STRONG”) mean to you?
She is strong is something that is very important to me!
I want to show others than being strong is more than how you look.
It has meant being strong to show up on hard days, going out of your comfort zone with new goals and taking things one day at a time!
7. What did you do to focus on during this challenge?
I focused on being consistent with check-ins, getting enough sleep, tracking my training and being prepared with meals.
8. What did you learn about yourself this past month?
I’ve learned that things do not have to be perfect and that creating those small daily habits will lead to the progress I want to see over time.
I learned that on the hard days when you don’t feel like working out just doing something for your body can change your mindset.
I acknowledged that some days are harder than others and then didn’t give that anymore of my thought or energy and just moved onto the next day.
I build momentum off the days that the workouts and meals are all in sync and I feel great!!
9. What challenges did you face this past month while focusing on “Becoming stronger”
Remembering to “trust the process” as Hannah always tells us. That the progress I would like to see in building muscle can take months or years and building those strong daily habits will eventually lead to achieving the personal goals I have set for myself.
10. Any words of advice you would give to others considering a “SHE IS STRONG’ program approach?
Do IT!!! Don’t wait to start. If you don’t know where to start, come up with a plan and start slowly so it is something you look forward to doing.
11. What does it mean to you to earn recognition of the “She Is Strong” award spotlight?
It has meant a lot to me because I’m trying to set an example for others that there are no quick fixes to health. It takes hard work and making those choices for yourself. Putting yourself first mentally & physically.
12. What has it been like working with Hannah and the Fitclub community?
Working with Hannah and the Fit Club community over the past year has been amazing. It is a very supportive community of women encouraging each other on.
Hannah is available for all of your questions and there to guide you on your fitness journey. I know that the effort and focus that I put into Hannah’s programs is what I will get out of it. It came be the same for YOU too!

My goals have been to became a better, stronger future me. I used to focus so much on the past. Now I look forward to the new me. I still would like to see what I can accomplish. I want to focus on muscle again.
I signed up with Hannah over 2 years ago. At first it was just to see what the workouts were like. What my options were. It did take me a little to focus and be serious . Once I did the magic happened .
The experience has been great for me. I really spent the last 2 years changing my mindset. I never worked with someone or a program before that made me focus on the inside as well as outside work.
Being “strong ” to me is choosing your fight . It’s all up to you at the end of the day. Not giving up when it’s hard. Learning you are strong even on those days you don’t want to. Not giving up when it gets hard . Being strong is being consistent.
I tried to keep more of a positive head space this challenge. Really listening to my body and resting when I needed .
I learned Being patient and focusing more on water this time around. Trying to stay hydrated . I’ve been having a hard time getting water down !
I ran into a few set backs. Some days I had to double up workouts with working doubles at work. Some days I’m too tired and it’s hard to get motivated. Dealt with my back being flared up. Had a nasty head cold for a few weeks . Which made me not lift as heavy as I would like. I tend to get kicked down but get back up !
The advice I would give to anyone wanting to Start a program. Take it day by day. Listen to your body. It’s not just a program. It’s a new way of life. Life style change . You’ll feel supported, you are not alone on this team. Feel free to ask those questions. Just be consistent. Learn to love each milestone of success
I am tickled to be considered for the strong Spotlight. I had a lot of work to do on myself these last 2 years. A lot of road blocks, and life changes. Lots of downs, lots of highs. I am just so glad I finally went all in and decided I was worth this time and transformation. I am truly grateful for the help and guidance this team and program has brought me
It’s been great to be apart of a team. Of a community of support. It’s the kindness we all need while we heal.

Health & fitness goals: When I started was to lose 20 pounds & get my body fat down to 22%. Now it’s to maintain my weight, work on my body fat % more & get more toned.
My main goal starting this journey was fat & weight loss, but it blossomed into much more! I was overweight & miserable. The heaviest I’ve ever been at 150 lbs and only 5’4. I knew it was time to make a change. I was tired of being so uncomfortable in my skin, tired of none of my clothes fitting & tired of the negative mindset that turned into very bad self talk and in turn just turned me into a very sad shell of my former outgoing, positive person that I once was. Before nothing seemed to get me down, and I could ALWAYS find the positive in the most negative situations.
I decided to register for Hannah’s program after following her transformation for years on social media. Seeing her success gave me so much inspiration! Especially after she started after having kids, first it was with the beach body program, then as her confidence grew, so did her dream to help others! After her success with her own transformation, she built & started the FIT club. I watched on the sidelines for a long time but finally made the decision after watching one of the Fitclub members transformation.. Shaylee! Seeing her weight loss and incredible transformation in such a short time, I thought if she can do it so can I! What do I have to loose? I thought if I don’t start now, then when? And that kept playing in my head over and over when my negative mindset & lack of confidence was trying to talk myself out of joining Hannah’s program. Finally I made the first step and started Hannah’s program full time May 1,2021. There was a new challenge being held with a lot of the ladies in the Fitclub so I thought now is the time! Having the Fitclub page on Facebook & being held accountable there was a HUGE help! Posting our post workout selfies on the daily thread, being encouraged to show our wins with meal prep, ladies showing awesome healthy finds at the grocery store… it all helped boost my confidence so much & for me personally having a routine & list of things to do everyday to set me up for success really kept me on track.
I think I learned quickly with Hannah’s guidance and support, that the only thing holding myself back, was ME! I kept telling myself, you can’t do this, you have too many injuries, ect. But Hannah was there every step of the way, and slowly I learned, with consistency & showing up, that I could! Slowly my confidence blossomed as I started to find myself getting addicted to challenging myself with the workouts, the meal prep, and with staying on track.
After completing my first challenge as a Fitclub member, I was thrilled to find out I was the overall winner! I was overjoyed & so proud of myself! It gave me so much motivation to keep goin, and I did just that! I signed up for Hannahs’s macros to muscles course. This was another critical success key for me! I learned about macros & most importantly how to track my food with MyFitnessPal. I soon became hooked & now log my food everyday. It’s become second nature to me. Building this habit was probably second most important key to my success. About 4 months into my journey with the Fitclub I started a new job that went from me sitting at a desk to moving all day. And not just walking all day, it was an extremely physical job. Some of my days are very long & physically exhausting but it was the thing I needed to hit my weight loss goal. With my job being so extremely physical and the shifts being 12-14 hours a day. I soon found I did not have the energy nor time to go to the gym, but I used all that I’d learned from Hannah and the macros course & her amazing recipe library, and I adapted to my new normal.
With Hannah’s advice from the start, what I did was keep it simple! I found a couple recipes that I loved and could eat till I got sick of them, and I would meal plan & prep for my 6 day work week & track my food like clockwork everyday. This paired with the physical job, I soon found myself hitting my first weight loss goal of 20 pounds! I continued what I was doing & soon found myself dropping an additional 15 pounds! Some days the work was very intense, it’s pipelining and they work extremely fast paced. A lot of days there wasn’t time for lunch breaks so I learned to eat when I could but some days it just didn’t happen. So the last 10 pounds was probably not lost intentionally as I just was overworked and not getting the calories in my body needed but that’s what I needed to realize now is the time to change my goals and used Hannah’s advice of learning when you need to pivot.
So I went back to my macros to muscles course and re calculated what my body would need to not loose weight anymore, rather maintain & started the path to my new goal.
I would say my the challenge I faced with this new fitness goal was literally getting the calories in I needed to not loose weight. I found it difficult to get the amount of food I needed in, so I went back to my recipe library & found some higher calorie meals. I was so used to being restricted to lose weight that I was pleasantly happy to be able to indulge so to speak on things I hadn’t been before! Full Portions of oatmeal, being able to add some brown sugar! Oh the joys of the little things that make life just a little bit sweeter! Now I’m getting my calories in and gained back 5 lbs that I needed to gain. I got down to 112 pounds and it wasn’t good! Now I’m up to 117 pounds and feeling healthy & sexy in my skin… finally! What an amazing feeling it is. To top off the success of my year transformation, my boyfriend is taking me to Mexico for 10 amazing days! I bought some sexy new bikinis and dresses. I can’t wait to show them off with my new body!
My advice to any new Fitclub members or ladies that may be struggling Would be this… KEEP IT SIMPLE! I found it extremely overwhelming at the start with the meal plans so instead of following that, I picked recipes that I tried and loved and would eat that until I got sick of it. Meal prep on Sundays is critical to my success. I would prep breakfast, lunches & snacks for work on Sundays and dinner that would last 2-3 days. Then mid-week I would make another dinner and more snacks if needed.
This to me, was how I kept it easy & for my job it worked best to meal prep in this way since I don’t have the luxury of time to try a different recipe every night and follow the monthly meal plans like some ladies do. You just have to find what works best for you and do it! Don’t worry about what everyone else is doing, that was also hard at start for me as some members are extremely active in the group and post a lot, so learning not to compare myself to them or compete was also hard.
Another piece of advice I have to the ladies is to be active in the group! I love posting pictures of meals I’ve made, when I hit a goal weight or PR or simply an amazing deal on workout clothes. Can be anything! But the feedback & interactions with the other ladies really boosts your confidence & I think that is really needed. It’s like a big family & we are all here to support eachother!
To me, winning the “She is Strong” spotlight means I’ve taken all the advice and learned from Hannah & put in the hard work! I achieved my goal and then blasted it out of the park by losing an additional 15 pounds! I feel like if I can do it, anyone can! Don’t let yourself make excuses and do it! If not now, when?!
Thank you so much to Hannah & all the amazing things women of the Fitclub. I am honoured to win this award and be highlighted. My only wish is to inspire & motivate other women because, ladies, YOU ARE WORTH IT
Name: Christine Bailey
2. Age: 36
3. Health and Fitness Goals: To push myself to see where I can go. I’ve always wanted to be “skinny” however since joining the Fitclub my goals are now to become stronger and more fit. To be the best version of myself that I can be.
4. Why you decided to register for Hannah’s program: I didn’t like what I saw in the mirror. A friend of mine was doing Hannah’s program and she suggested I try it for a month just to see. I did it and haven’t looked back since.
5. How has the experience been for you?: This experience has been truly eye opening. I’ll be honest I didn’t really think it was going to work but boy was I wrong. Hannah encouraged me to keep going even when I wasn’t seeing results. She told me it takes time and there was no such thing as a quick fix. She told me to take my pictures when that was the last thing I wanted to do let alone send them to her but she promised me it was going to change everything and she was 100% right. I appreciate her honestly and tough love. She explains the process and is there for you every step of the way. I’ve learnt that there are no such thing as bad or good food and food is what keeps the body going. This experience has shown me to love fitness and that it’s not a chore but fun and challenging. More importantly it’s shown me to love me again. To embrace all the wins even if they are small because it’s those wins that show you what you are capable of doing.
6. What does being strong (“She is STRONG”) mean to you?: It means to have a strong mindset because you will and can achieve anything. I wanted to push and lift more so I told myself that I could do it and I did. What that showed me was the power of the mind is stronger than any weights you lift and if you believe you can do it you will.
7. What did you do to focus on during this challenge? I focused on my mindset. I told myself that if I put my mind to something anything is possible. I told myself that I am strong. That I can do the hard things. That I can push myself and I will see results. This in turn helped me to gain more strength and lift more weights. At the end of the day it’s the power of what our minds tell us what we CAN or CAN’T do.
8. What did you learn about yourself this past month? That I’m capable of being there for me. That I’m going to have hard days and that I’m no where near perfect but I’m showing up for myself and that’s the most important thing. I learnt that if I have a bad day to not beat myself up for it. I learnt to push pass yesterday and focus on today.
9. What challenges did you face this past month while focusing on “Becoming stronger”: This month my mindset was a challenge for myself. I can be hard on myself for sure and it’s not always easy being a parent. The balance with work, rising kids and working out are a lot. I had to remember to be kind to myself and to take deep breaths. I told myself this is just a phase and that I’m strong and that I can do this.
10. Any words of advice you would give to others considering a “SHE IS STRONG’ program approach? I would say be patient with yourself. Be kind and love who you are. It’s not going to happen over night and it’s going to take work and determination. To start small and just do 3 days a week and work your way up to more. To not focus on the scale because what I’ve learnt is that numbers don’t really mean anything as they are just numbers. To take the small wins as big wins. To show up for yourself. To remember you are worth it. You are important. You are loved. You can this is.
11. What does it mean to you to earth recognition of the “She Is Strong” award spotlight? To be perfectly honest, when I got the email I thought it was a mistake. I was in shock (still am) that I almost cried. To receive a recognition like this tells me that all the hard work I’m doing it paying off. I’ve come a very long ways since I started 2 years ago and I hope that I can encourage others to take this leap of faith like I did because I promise you it will change your life.
12. What has it been like working with Hannah and the Fitclub community? It has truly been life changing. I love how encouraging and supportive all the ladies are. This group helps and lifts each other up. Hannah cares about each and everyone of us. She is there to help, train, motivate, teach and so much more. It’s not just about fitness it’s about learning to love yourself again. The mindset coaching for me has been hands down the greatest tool that I’ve taken away since joining the Fitclub. It’s real/ tough talk. Hannah has shown me that the sky’s the limit and there’s no telling where it will take you.
Thank you Hannah and the Fitclub from the bottom of my heart. This is a moment I’ll never forgot and it’s an absolute honor to be featured in Status Fitness Magazine. A goal I set out to achieve and I did it. I’m so proud.
