A river cuts through a rock, not because of its power but its persistence.
I love this because it reminds us that habits are powerful, the smallest daily habit in the right direction can make the biggest impact in our lives.
Moving for 10 minutes a day, drinking a glass of water as soon as you get up, going to bed 20 minutes earlier, 5 minutes of gratitude and prayer daily, a protein shake and apple a day.
These may seem like they don’t make a huge impact in one day but if they are repeated can build foundations that are unshakable.
I will say this over, and over RESULTS TAKE TIME!
You cannot microwave results; my results and your results will take different time frames.
There is no quick fix, potion, lotion, pill, or surgery that will do what building the habit of persistence will. Dont ever sacrifice your vision, values and character for short-term gratification.
Have you ever tried to take shortcuts through your journey only to find out it set you back? comment below and what you did and what you learned.

I have tryed to take short cuts but in all reality when you do the Wright comes right back I know im not perfect and I know my journey isn’t over it gets hard when progress doesn’t show in a few weeks but I just keep telling myself I got this I can do it and I will get there
Love this reminder! It needs to be on repeat♥️
Too many to mention
I let an auto immune disease rob me of my health by feeling sorry for myself giving up on myself and not really putting an effort in to turn it around
Fooled around with my eating training and let my mindset turn negative
So many times! Have results, and then because I didn’t actually make it a habit, I went right back to dealing with things the same way! Mindset/mental health is so important, I didn’t work on those before, I thought that losing weight would miraculously fix how I was feeling-WRONG!! Learning about making this part of my life and not having it BE my life has been so much more enjoyable!
