Do you dread your workouts or committing to exercising? That’s okay! Many of us feel that way, especially when we’re first getting started. Once you learn why it’s important to keep up with a regular exercise schedule and take a few of my tips to heart, you’ll have no problem!
So many of my girls started with little to no experience and now can’t be separated from their weights – because they see for themselves how AMAZING it feels to have a regular exercise routine.
And now it is your turn. 😉
Regular Exercise Schedule
There are so many benefits for this that I need to break it down into two categories! First, the health benefits (mind and body), and next, how regularly exercising supports your goals and can improve your quality of life.
The many health benefits of working out regularly include:
● Lowering the risk of disease.
● Improve cardiovascular health.
● Boosts mental health.
● Hormone production and regulation.
● Supports quality sleep.
● Aids in weight loss/maintenance.
● Builds strength to minimize injury and increase flexibility and stamina.
Notice how weight loss is just one of the neverending joys of exercise.
The second category worth noting is the incredible benefits of regular exercise on reaching goals and improving quality of life.
Along with these health-related positives, there are additional benefits to keeping to a regular exercise schedule.
● Keeping to a schedule helps you stay accountable.
● Keeping a regular exercise schedule keeps fitness in your daily/weekly routine.
● Consistency brings quicker results.
● Exercise helps with stress levels.
● Exercise schedules ensure you will have time to get your workout done even during busy times.
● Schedules are good for mental health.
Create a Custom Exercise Schedule
If it isn’t your strong point to create a schedule for yourself, you are not alone! It is definitely not everyone’s strong point.
While it’s true a regular exercise schedule is important, the specifics are unique to you, your needs, and your other responsibilities. One person’s schedule might be a five-day-per-week routine, while another might be two days per week. These nuances make it even harder to understand how often you should workout, what exercises you need to be doing, and how you need to supplement it with a nutritious meal plan.
Well that’s what I’m here for babe! I want my girls to be real badasses, one workout at a time. I guide you through our quiz to your plans that take into account your experience, how many days you want to workout, your body goals and how much time you can dedicate to each session.
