Why we encourage you to check-in
Check-ins are the perfect opportunity for you to assess your progress; let me know how you are currently feeling & reflect on your week to see if you notice any positive changes!
When completing your check-in, you must be completely honest to achieve your best results.
In the FCB progress tracker, your check-in window opens. You have from Friday to Monday to submit it. You can choose to check- on the same day each week or every two weeks.
You’ll notice a ‘Check-in’ notification displayed at the top of your Dashboard screen.
The check-in process
To make sure you’re able to successfully check-in, can you please follow these steps?
1. Click the ‘Check-In’ button, and you will notice a new screen where questions will appear; if you don’t have one, click on your progress tracker.
2. Answer these questions correctly and select ‘Submit.’
With this information submitted, and will be able to review and make updates to your plan if needed.
3. There is a comment section at the bottom of your check-in page where you can leave a comment or question, and I’ll reply when I do your check-in.
It’s super important to remember that scale and measurements are just a tool- they give you data, and that data may not always reflect the true effort.
When taking pictures
CLOTHING: Wear the same outfit each time, whatever you are comfortable in but something you will see noticeable results with
LIGHTING & BACKGROUND: Face the light – natural lighting is the best. Use a blank wall ( nothing behind you, we want a clean, clear image)
SET A COUNTDOWN TIMER: I set it to 10 seconds, so I have time to get ready and stand in front of the camera
NO SEFLES– The full-length body should be in front of the camera.
If the scale triggers you, I recommend removing it and sticking to pictures and how you feel.
