Lemon Blueberry Overnight Oats
Ingredients

7 ozs Quick Oats (for oats)

2 1/2 ozs Vanilla Protein Powder (for oats)

2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk (for lemon frosting)

5 1/2 cups Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt (for frosting)

20 MLS Lemon Juice (for lemon frosting)

2/3 oz Vanilla Protein Powder (for frosting)

2 tsps Lemon Zest (for topping)

2 1/2 ozs Blueberries (for topping)
Directions

Mix oats, protein powder and almond milk together & set aside.

Using a fork, whisk together the yogurt, and protein powder (for frosting) until smooth. Whisk in lemon juice.

Top the oats with the lemon frosting and top with grated lemon zest & blueberries.
