The FCB ladies voted on their favourite, most refreshing smoothie to enjoy on a hot day. As Summer winds down dont forget to give this amazing smoothie recipe a try!

1 cup Frozen Pineapple

1 cup Baby Spinach

3/4 cup Water

1/2 Apple (peeled and chopped)

1/4 Cucumber (chopped)

1/2 Lime (juiced)

1/3 cup Vanilla Protein Powder (This would be 1.2 scoop protein 20-30g)
Step 1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
