Here are some tips on how to make everything balance within your life in the FCB.
1- Your sore, tired and don’t want to do a full workout?
Scroll the workout library and find mobility and stretching which is amazing for the mind & body on an active rest day and swap out for your workout that day.
2- Short on time?
Check out or FIN30 programs, you can choose between 3,4, & 5 days a week. You can also put together a short workout from our exercises in the workout library.
3- Busy night and need quick dinner/lunch?
Head over to our recipe library and search for ingredients you have in your pantry/fridge or shorter prep/cook times.
4- Fell off track and need to get back at it?
