Success is not the absence of failure; it’s the persistence through failure.
As women, we can get frustrated when we try, and things dont always go to plan or happen as fast as we would like. Dont let yourself get discouraged when you have a one-off day or off week it doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
It’s learning that those setbacks are all about the process, and the challenges are there as resistance to help strengthen us, teach us, guide us and help us grow.
It’s a beautiful thing when you learn that this journey isn’t about avoiding failure but accepting that it’s all part of the process. We all fail but it’s not about the failure itself it’s about what you let the failure do to you! Do you get back up and try again? or do you wallow in self pity wasting the lesson that failure was meant to teach you?
It’s about finding a balance between your goals and life and that we have to learn to keep moving forward no matter what life throws your way. It’s learning to recognize the season we are in and making sure our goals align with that first.
When you look at challenges as just that, challenges to help you grow and not failures, you will persist in the midst of adversity and success will meet you on the other side.

Yes.
I finally realized this. I am practicing to look at my workouts from a more positive attitude.
I’m learning this more and more that failure is part of the process that you will have off days or week but to never give up and embrace everything this journey throws at you
I’ve had a lot of “failures” lately, but looking at them from a different perspective and using them to learn what not to do and not repeat the same mistakes continuously is my current ongoing goal. To use how I felt during those times and compare them to how i feel now and how I want to feel in the future, it helps!
