Consistency is a mindset
Your mind is like a muscle, and like muscles, if you don’t use it, you lose it. In the beginning, good habits take a lot of mental energy to create, but the more consistent you are with doing them, the stronger your mind will become.
You have to be prepared for resistance; it’s just that resistance, when you push through that, makes you stronger.
That’s why it’s super important to start small and build up from there in the beginning.
I know you want to work out 5x a week but start with 3x and build consistency.
I know you want to eat healthy foods all the time with ease but start by prepping just one meal for a while until it becomes a habit.
I know you want your dream house, AKA dream body, but you must first work and save up. You must work to build the habits in your nutrition, mindset and training.
Ultimately, its your commitment to the process that will determine your progress.

Consistency takes preparation and a plan. Doing the small steps each day helps to keep me consistent so I can keep moving forward to my goals.
