I tell myself every time I’m struggling to get my workout done or my meal prep; I talk to myself like this:
“I will feel so much better when I’m done.”
Your self-talk is going to be so crucial in your fitness journey. It will make or break your results!
You’re almost never going to feel like doing the things that are good for you, you have to discipline yourself to do them anyway.

I have to self talk to myself a lot! Always feel proud of myself for overcoming my head thoughts and getting things done!
Mindset is key.
I tend to be pumped and ambitious fit the next day as I lay awake at night then the morning comes and I really have to talk myself up!

I usually start an hour before my workout and talk myself up. ‘ You got this, you’re ready, you’ll feel sooo much better when you’re finished!’
