It’s amazing how quickly these calories can add up, so if you can avoid them or limit them well you’re trying to lose when they do.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you need to have a treat once in a while that’s ok to just make sure you input it into your weekly or daily calories.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This makes sooo much since will be keeping this in mind
I definitely forget to record my oil sometimes.
This is a struggle for me for sure. Definitely need to spend sometime working on this.
I usually make my coffee at home and limit the cream and use a sugar sub, however the last few days I’ve had coffees from Tim Hortons and McDonald’s. I was shocked when I put them in MFP and saw how much MORE they are.
Tracking is a struggle for me…I get lazy!! And my prepping has not been happening…time to change that!
