Thank you I know I need to focus more on my nutrition
Lately I have been very good at what I put into my body. However, when I ate unhealthy food starbucks was my go to and yes I find myself working harder to get rid it and it’s not fun. No more sugary drinks for me. I follow the meal plan even when I was sick and couldn’t work out. Thank you for the motivation Hannah!!
I def have more energy working out now then I did a month ago. Especially with the meal plan it just works! More energy better sleep and working out feels good I’m not left exhausted and feeling like I can do it it hurts. I want to do it more!!!
