Give these delicious protein balls a try!
INGREDIENTS
π1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
π1/2 cup kodiak cake mix
π1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
π1/2 tsp almond extract
π1 1/2 tbsp monkfruit or coconut sugar
π2 tbsp almond milk
π1/4 tbsp sprinkles of choice
DIRECTIONS
π In a small bowl, combine butter, kodiak cake mix, protein, extract, sugar and 1 tbsp of almond milk.
π Mix until combined, slowly add in almond milk, mixing well until consistency is like play dough. (if you add to much milk to fast just add a little more kodiak mix)
π Divide into 5 equal balls.
π Garnish with sprinkles and put in the fridge to harden.
π Enjoy!
Note: if using Vegan protein, add a little more milk slowly!
